I spent like forever recording this video/the audio, as well as putting the video together, and I know it still sounds super rough...sorry :( I just couldn't delete everything after spending hours on it. Children Of Bodom - Follow The Reaper (Live/Wacken'08)

Children of Bodom ist eine 1993 in Espoo, Finnland, gegründete Metal-Band. Anfangs spielte die Band unter dem Namen "Inearthed" drei Demoaufnahmen ein, welche musikalisch dem Melodic Death Metal zuzuordnen sind. Gründungsmitglieder waren Alexi Laiho (* 8. April 1979, Gesang, Gitarre) und Jaska Raatikainen (* 18. Juli 1979, Schlagzeug). Spätere Mitglieder, die auf den Demos zu hören sind, waren Samuli Miettinen (Bass), Alexander Kuoppala (* 11. April 1974, Gitarre), Henkka Seppälä (* 2. Juli 1980, Bass) und Jani Pera Pirisjoki (* 14. Juni 1978, Keyboard).1997 bekam die junge Band einen Plattenvertrag und nahm ihr Debütalbum Something Wild auf. Zuvor wurde Keyboarder Jani Pirisjoki aus der Band entlassen und durch Janne Wirman ersetzt. Eigentlich sollte dieser als Gastmusiker engagiert werden, wurde dann jedoch vollwertiges Mitglied. Außerdem änderte die Band ihren Namen in "Children Of Bodom" und wechselte zu ihrer neuen Plattenfirma Spinefarm Records.Seit 1998 wurde! n die ersten drei Alben Children Of Bodoms durch Nuclear Blast im Ausland vertrieben und seit 2002 übernimmt Universal Music diese Aufgabe.Im Juli 2003 verließ Gitarrist Alexander Kuoppala aus privaten Gründen die Band. Da die Band unmittelbar bevorstehende Konzerttermine hatte, fragte Laiho seinen Bandkollegen von Sinergy, Roope Latvala, ob dieser für die nächsten Konzerte als Ersatz einspringen könnte.
